Returns Policies

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by, as long as it meets the following conditions.

You should return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt and in the same condition you received it( i.e. in the original box and/or packaging). A copy of your invoice must be included with your shipment.

We do not accept items back that have been opened, expired or used unless the product was received damaged, defective or open upon arrival (i.e. items with protective seals). Items like makeup or sexual wellness items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturer’s defect.

When you receive your order, please check to make sure your items are in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective).  Please call us right away to inform us of any problems with your shipment.  Please note all items are inspected before it leaves our warehouse.

All items returned back to us for exchanges or sent back to us by your post office because of the wrong address given will be charged reshipping fees. (Please check your address carefully when placing your order)

If your return is the result of our error, mail your return back to the address above. Your return shipping fee will be refunded back to you once the products are received.  We will reship you the correct product at no additional cost.  If you are requesting additional items be added to your order for reshipping, it must be placed as a new order.

All returned packages are subject to investigation once received and a 5% restocking fee will be applied where applicable.  Items returned pass the 30 day allowance will be subject to 10% restocking fee.  Returns for credits/refunds are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon receipt of your package.
