What’s The deal With Tussy?

Posted by Stacie Spencer on Nov 12th 2018

I’ve spent countless times listening to people (mostly women) share how they've used Tussy as a young girl in her early teens. It’s been passed down throughout generations, from grandmothers to daughters (or sons) to their children, spanning generations, and to think that this product, which was created since 1925 stills hold first place in the hearts of many consumers today, it just amazes me.

Some of you may know what I’m talking about.I can bet if you ask someone about tussy you might get a story or two.A relay of one’s experience over time and shared heartfelt memory from a family member, a close friend, acquaintance or maybe you’ve heard the countless stories like I have or you might even be that second, third or fourth generation tussy user reading this right now.

Talk about retro, that is, if you like retro beauty you might be attracted to the idea of scooping up deodorant cream with two of your fingers and applying it in an old-fashioned swiping motion, and if that's a problem, and if the appeal of applying deodorant with fingers doesn’t do it for you the roll-on will work just fine.

‘The deodorant works!’ and ‘it smells good!’ or ‘it’s the only one I can use’ are usually some of the references heard from diehard tussy fans.People with sensitive skin often point out that it's one of the rare deodorants that do not irritate their underarm skin but shopping-wise, it's one of those drugstore products which you can call paradoxically enough "scarce".Maybe you’ve enjoyed emptying a bottle or jar, or countless numbers of them, but alas, the fast pace of life somehow pushes you irresistibly towards more glide-on options to save time but it’s still nice to know that this little jar or bottle is still around after all this time.

The product comes in two scents, powder fresh (in the blue top) and the all-time favorite, fresh spice (in the red top).It glides on smooth and dry and is specially formulated to give you gentle, effective, and long-lasting protection against wetness and under-arm odor.
